High-Inertia Blade System

At the core of the EXRC54 is a heavy-duty blade carrier equipped with heat-treated steel blades. The system is designed to maintain high rotational inertia, allowing it to power through thick grass, heavy brush, and saplings up to 3 inches in diameter. The direct-drive hydraulic motor ensures that maximum power is delivered to the cutting edge, providing a clean, consistent cut even in high-resistance vegetation.

Rugged Construction for Extreme Environments

Excavator attachments face unique stresses, particularly when working at full reach. The EXRC54 features a reinforced 1/4″ steel deck with integrated stiffeners to prevent twisting. The underside of the deck is designed to be smooth, reducing material buildup and “clogging” in wet conditions. Additionally, the front and rear of the cutter are equipped with safety chains to contain flying debris while allowing vegetation to enter the cutting chamber.

Seamless Machine Integration

This cutter is designed for easy “plug-and-play” operation. It features a universal bolt-on mounting ear system, which can be adapted to fit most major excavator brands including Kubota, Yanmar, Deere, and CAT.
