Free Shipping

We are proud to offer free shipping on all qualifying orders within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipment may be delayed by a few additional business days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Estimated Delivery Time

Due to the size and nature of our products, shipping times may vary depending on the item, destination, and carrier availability.

  • Standard Delivery (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 7–12 business days after order processing

  • Freight Shipments (large equipment such as mini excavators or skid steers): Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days

These timeframes are provided as a precaution. In many cases, orders arrive sooner than the maximum estimated delivery window.

We ship using reputable national and regional carriers, including freight carriers for large or heavy equipment. Carrier selection is determined based on product size, weight, and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Freight shipments may have limited tracking visibility, but our team is happy to assist with status updates.

Delivery Conditions

Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery unless otherwise specified. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery trucks and unloading equipment.

Missed delivery appointments, incorrect addresses, or refusal of delivery may result in additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
